Gianna Roux, Section Editor

Hi! My name is Gianna Roux and I am a senior at Grosse Pointe North High School. I have now been a member of North Pointe for two years. This year I am a page editor for pages 12 and 13, Life and Alternate Story Form. Outside of Journalism I am a part of the girls varsity tennis team, two GPN musicals, Counterpointe (the advanced womens extracurricular choir), and NHS. When I’m not preoccupied with school, I love hanging out with my friends and driving up and down Lakeshore while blasting music. Most days I’m with my best friend Mia and I am dreading the day when I leave her for college, but excited for a fresh start!

Senior Zoey Crossley thinks the past year's float building has prepared them for this year's competition. “I think we've been able to build on what we've learned every year,” Crossley said. “Freshman year, I still think we had a pretty good float.
