Lauren Kaled, Social Media Editor
I’m Lauren Kaled, a junior at Grosse Pointe North. This school year is my third year on the North Pointe team and my first year as an editor. I’m thrilled to be co-social media editor this year because I love using Canva and running social media pages. I’m really proud of the new Instagram post layouts I made because I think they give a cleaner, more modern look for our Instagram. A goal I have for North Pointe this year is to act more like a leader and mentor for not just my mentee, but other people in the class as well. I’m in school clubs such as Drama Club, Library Social Media Club, German Club, a co-founder of Grosse Pointe Students for Change and co-founder and Vice-President for Students Demand Action. When I’m not working on the next issue, I can be found on the Grosse Pointe North performing arts stage singing, dancing and acting. I also love reading, watching movies and seeing musicals.
