Lauren Veitengruber, Staff Reporter
My name is Lauren Veitengruber, I am a staff intern for North Pointe and a senior at GPN. I love being part of the newspaper, and collaborating with all the other great writers in the program! I play field hockey and lacrosse as well as work a lot outside of school. I am student council Vice President, a Peer to Peer member, and part of many other clubs at North. In my spare time I enjoy reading books, exercising, spending time with friends and going for long drives while blasting music. A big part of my identity is being vegetarian, I have a passion for bettering the environment around me and this is one way I can make a personal impact. Journalism has really opened my eyes to the power of awareness, it is important to be conscious of society and the world around us.
