I’m Andrea Scapini, a senior and Managing Editor for North Pointe at Grosse Pointe North. To be honest, I joined North Pointe two weeks before my freshman year simply to get out of taking gym. Since then I have fallen in love with reporting and have formed an intense love-hate relationship with newspaper deadlines. I’m a self proclaimed coffee addict who loves everything country music and Criminal Minds. My favorite things are babies, dogs and my grandpa because he's a cutie. I spend my free time outside of North Pointe and work (which doesn’t leave me much time) at student council and taking my puppy on walks along Lakeshore.
