Peer-to-peer creates mental health bulletin boards

School psychologist Christine Kuhl wants students to know that it’s okay to reach out for help, especially when many are experiencing difficulties due to stress caused by the pandemic. “Our students are experiencing more psychological stress than ever before,” Kuhl said. “We have to communicate to our students that it is okay not to be okay, and that we have the support at North and in our community to help them through.”
