Students of all grades missed their daily classes on Wednesday, Oct. 11, due to the Preliminary SAT that occurred in school.
Unlike most students, seniors did not partake in the PSAT, giving them a day off from school.
Due to the testing, the schedules of students were abnormal. For instance, the designated rooms that students were supposed to take the test in, may not have necessarily been that of their normal first hour.
For junior Ryan Jackson, this one-day change was not beneficial to the time she needed in class to practice for an upcoming choir concert.
“And not only did our director not come in yesterday, but now we have no class, which means we have to really catch up on Thursday and Friday,” Jackson said.
